My journey into the startup ecosystem began at Speedinvest Pirates, where we helped early-stage founders grow faster and connect with top investors like Speedinvest, QBIT Capital, NRV Ventures, and Fund F.

As Managing Director, I led business development, client relationships, and team operations. Yet what truly energized me was working directly with founders on their communication: refining their storytelling, sharpening their pitch, and helping them build investor-ready strategies.

It became clear that while many founders have strong products and traction, they often struggle to articulate their value and build meaningful investor relationships, especially in the early stages. This is even more challenging for female entrepreneurs, who still receive less than 2% of venture capital funding.

That gap, between great ideas and fair access to funding, is what inspired me to take action.

I launched fundraising fempire to empower early-stage B2B tech founders to attract investors, secure funding, and grow with confidence.

In addition to running fundraising fempire, I collaborate with leading accelerators and incubators like Grow F, UnternehmerTUM, Innovation Incubation Center (i²c) and Startups Vorarlberg, offering pitch sparring sessions and hands-on support in storytelling, fundraising strategy, and marketing.
